About Me:

Loretta Sutherland, Masters of Social Work (MSW) has more than ten years of experience as a behavioral consultant.  She has more than twenty years of experience working in the non-profit sector.  Loretta believes that people with disabilities should live their lives as independently as possible.  Having raised a son on the autism spectrum, Loretta finds practical solutions to address behavior that challenge the individual.  She believes in working closely with the individual, their families/guardians and team members to develop a plan that emphasizes the strengths of each individual.
